Sales Manager (Online) - Job description

With solid business growth and an ever-expanding team of payment experts, Allinpay HK is growing its sales team in Asia by hiring a motivated Sales Manager to fuel our strong ambition to grow our eCommerce Payment business in Asia Pacific. Our ideal candidate needs to be result-oriented and ambitious, and with great familiarity in the eCommerce Payment business and landscape in Hong Kong, China and the East Asia region. You should have experiences in selling to, or working for/with Hong Kong or China based eCommerce merchants or third party payment processors, and have adequate knowledge of their needs for internationalization. You will prospect for customers, build the sales pipeline, and convert leads into sales to meet assigned target.

Tasks:

• Gain good understanding of our product offerings quickly
• Develop new leads in the targeted market segments through personal contacts, social network, industrial forums, cold call, social media, etc.
• Build and grow the Sales pipeline
• Ensure and maintain data quality and record all sales information
• Feedback to improve work process including lead qualifications

We request:

• Bachelor degree of any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Fintech, payments, or eCommerce wholesale/retail merchants
• Self-motivated and pro-active with a hands on attitude
• Consultative approach to sales and result driven
• Must be fluent in Chinese (Cantonese or Putonghua) and English
• High curiosity, good listening skill, fast learning, self-confident, and ability to deliver results
• Good understanding of the technologies related to eCommerce and payments
• Able to work independently and yet a good team player
