Role Objective: 360-degree desk and the primary objective is to be the client’s point of contact for all resourcing requirements received.

Key Responsibilities:

-          To identify business potential across sectors like Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, Information & Communications Technology, Shipping & Logistics, Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG etc.

-          Responsible for end-to-end process from client acquisition for Permanent / Contracting Positions to Client Servicing and Management to ensuring receipt of payments

-          Responsible for end-to-end process from gathering requirement from the clients to driving the recruitment team to service the requirement and deployment of the candidate

-          Responsible for the offshore recruitment team and relationship managers to generate quality results and achieving targets

-          To be able to take Sales Target for Permanent & Contracting placements and achieve them with end to end ownership.

-          Build and maintain rapport with the new & existing clients, accountable for all client proposals, contracts, escalations, queries and any further documentation.

-          Responsible for generation of revenue from new business or improving existing business

-          Building the Nityo Brand -   marking Nityo’ s presence in respective Location.

 Requirements:

-          University graduates with degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred

-          At least 6 years’ experience in Recruitment (experience in IT Recruitment is preferred)

-          In depth experience of IT Outsourcing / Consulting and Recruitment process

-          Fully understand the labour market in Macau

-          Ability to achieve fundamental performance target and able to understand clients’ needs and provide solutions

-          Must be permanent resident in Macau and fluent in Cantonese & English
