Responsibilities:

• Carry out physical and chemical analysis on raw material, intermediate and finished product
• Familiar with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC and MS etc.,
• Knowledge in product formulation, product development, regulatory requirement and manufacturing of food products/Chinese herbal medicines/pharmaceutical products is preferred
• Knowledge in GMP & HACCP is preferred
• Proficiency in English and Chinese will be an advantage

 Requirements:

• Degree or above in Chemistry / Food Science / Pharmaceutical Science or related disciplines
• Relevant laboratory working and operating analytical instruments experience
• Well-versed with MS office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must
• Immediate available is preferred
