Responsibilities:

• Prepare departmental SOPs and maintain documentation system
• Handle customer complaints and prepare investigation report
• Establish and monitor in-process control procedure
• Coordinate the validation exercises of processes and equipment
• Carry out training to the frontline staff
• Carry out self inspections, annual product reviews, hazard analysis according to schedule
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects assigned

  Requirements:

• Degree in Sciences background or above
• At least 5 years' working experience in pharmaceutial/TCM/Food industry
• Knowledgeable in GMP and ISO 22000 quality system
• Hands on experience in preparation of SOP and validation protocols
• Good command of both spoke and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, independent, well-organized, good communication skill
