Responsibilities:

• Develop sustainable development (SD) strategies for continuous development of the sustainability culture. Engage with key stakeholders to ensure those strategies are implemented throughout the business.
• Ensure compliance with the environmental regulatory requirements.
• Providing professional advice and consultancy to the business on all SD related subjects and engage shareholders to support sustainable development policies, guidelines and projects.
• Develop and deliver relevant SD training and associated training plan, to promote and continually improve the level of SD knowledge and understanding with key stakeholders.
• Accountable for internal & external SD reporting and publishing of the annual HAESL Sustainable Development Report.

Requirements:

• University degree holder
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated project management capability
• Energetic, enthusiastic and highly self-motivated
• Passionate for sustainable development
• Minimum 3 years of solid and hands-on SD experience or related experience
• Good command of spoken and written English
