Responsibilities:

• Monitor the performance of all laboratory procedures and provide review reports to Laboratory Director.
• Review results and sign-off laboratory reports.
• Work with lab director to define critical product specifications and requirements
• Will need to lead a diverse technical team for process development
• Lead the process development team to outline timelines, work plans and milestones for deliverables.
• Technical review of all manufacturing and product development data; and identify any potential obstacles for success.
• Work with management to facilitate new products development
• Author and review technical documents including standard operating procedures, testing protocols, technical reports, work instructions, master batch records, and technical transfer documents
• Support the scale up and development of research-based processes in accordance to regulatory and GMP & AABB guidelines for cell therapies.

Minimum requirements

• Part I registration of Medical Laboratory Technologist issued by HKMLT Board.
• Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biological Science or Life Science related disciplines.
• Project management, Operational Excellence, Process Development or Regulatory experience a plus
• Adherence to high technical standards and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Strong Presentation, Public Speaking Skills, and Client Consultation Skills are required.
• Be able to analyze clinical lab reports.
