Responsibilities

• Participate in turning point cloud reality captures into Revit models and CAD drawings

• Interface to field survey team in collecting correct point clouds and 3D scans
• Provide our interior and furnishing design partners with accurate 3D models and CAD drawings
• Responsible for the correctness and accuracy of all project documentations
• Work with software (R & D) development team, for cloud service to generate 3D model and CAD drawings
• Work with the R&D team in adopting latest CAD, reality capture and 3D modelling technologies

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Architectural Studies, Interior Design or related discipline

• Experience in interior design and/or architecture field is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in current version of Autodesk Revit, Recap Pro and AutoCAD
• Experience of Adobe suite, 3DS max and other CAD software as well as operating in LiDAR 3D scanner is an advantage
• Good understanding of work flow in CAD for interior design and built-in furnishing
• Able to motivate and work effectively with a team
• Positive personality with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in speaking and writing Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
