Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data, evaluate business processes to uncover areas for improvement, discover business opportunities in technology company
• Visualize data and present key analytical insights to business team and senior management to facilitate the business decisions
• Gain key insights into customer behaviors by setting up big data and machine learning solutions
• Maintain and modify all quantitative models in use
• Perform validation projects across a wide range of mathematical models

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Quantitative Sciences and Engineering or related disciplines
• Be humble and able to work well in team.
• Proficiency in one of high level programming languages e.g. Python /Java/C++/C#/R
• Knowledge in RDBMS (e.g. Oracle, MySQL or MS SQL Server) and Business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau/Microsoft BI) is an advantage.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, in English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Be Innovative and stay hungry all the time.
• Take ownership and initiative
