Job Duties

• Documentation Work (e.g. Apply license & follow up paper work with TD / Highway Dept / Police Dept; prepare Presentation Material etc);
• Meeting Arrangement & Coordination Work:  Co-ordinate with various Government Depts, Sub-contractors, Clients for matters related to Heavy & Oversize Cargo / Projects; 
• Supervise Site Job: ensure work process is according to schedule and in a Safe Manner;
• Invoicing Matters: Issue Invoice to Clients;
• Assist Project Sales & Support any other new projects

Requirements

• Form 5 graduate or above;
• Basic Mechanic knowledge: Tractors & Trailers & motor vehicles;
• Holder of Hong Kong Driving License, Green Card; 
• Positive Attitude for Site Work, support OT & Over Night Job;
• Minimum 2 years solid experience gained from Heavy Cargo Project;
• Good at Co-ordination with people and for Project Operations;
• Fluent Oral & Written English;
• Familiar with M/S Words, Excel, Powerpoint and making Reports, Presentations;
• Preferred with Good Sourcing to Logistics Equipment (e.g. Barges, Cranes, Vehicles etc)
• Work Locations: Tsuen Wan Office & other Site Areas
