Key Job Responsibilities:

• To maintain the overall efficiency and accuracy of Import PO supply chain
• Work closely with various vendors and factory to maintain the supply chain information update
• Issue PO, review and maintain accurate inventory and shipment record in the system
• Provide analytical reports for vendor delivery performance and supply chain accuracy
• Co-ordinate & communicate with forwarders and vendors on all logistics activities
• Coordinate with regional hub and local market team for all import declaration in Futian free trade zone and Japan

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in logistics/ supply chain or related discipline
• 3 year working experience in logistics or inventory control, experience in retail industry will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Proactive, independent, detail oriented, self-motivated to work toward deadline
• Able to act as a team player to execute the operation among multiple divisions and nationality team
• Proficiency in MS Office application, strong in Excel
• Good communication skills and Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Japanese speaking will be an advantage)
