Job Description
Requirements
- University graduate of Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent
- 6-7 years logistics management experience with 3 years as supervisory role
- Prior exposure in international trader and tender processing is required
- Solid experience in shipment planning, preferably in multinational company
- Independent, self-initiative, energetic, dynamics with strong communication skills
- Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good command of spoken and written English, fair in spoken Mandarin
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Responsibilities
- Monitor the tendering process from vendor selection, negotiation to implementation
- Coordinate with customers, internal departments and 3PLs on resolving shipping issues
- Support on driving the performance of LCL and CFS & shipment & logistics planning
- Identify the root cause and provide solutions to any issues of logistics and distribution
- Manage shipping procedures and document requirements with internal & external parties
- Perform periodic analysis and prepare statistic reports to improve overall process
