Requirements

• University graduate of Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent
• 6-7 years logistics management experience with 3 years as supervisory role
• Prior exposure in international trader and tender processing is required
• Solid experience in shipment planning, preferably in multinational company
• Independent, self-initiative, energetic, dynamics with strong communication skills
• Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good command of spoken and written English, fair in spoken Mandarin
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Monitor the tendering process from vendor selection, negotiation to implementation
• Coordinate with customers, internal departments and 3PLs on resolving shipping issues
• Support on driving the performance of LCL and CFS & shipment & logistics planning
• Identify the root cause and provide solutions to any issues of logistics and distribution
• Manage shipping procedures and document requirements with internal & external parties
• Perform periodic analysis and prepare statistic reports to improve overall process
