Our client, one of the Japanese Trading Companies,is now looking for a Sales/Account  Executive to join their Team. The job duties are as follows:

• Responsible for sales orders' follow up, handle industrial products
• Work with sales team and liaise with suppliers in China and South-east Asia region
• Business Trips is required (Including China, Japan, South- East Asia & Taiwan)
• Maintain good relationships with customers & suppliers
• Handle PO, invoice, packing list, monitor the shipment schedule
• Report to manager and Japan Headquarter 
• Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Science is preferred
• 1-3 years sales or marketing experience preferred
• Experience in manufacturing and PRC trading business would be a plus
• Good Command of English & Mandarin
• Japanese speaking is required (JLPT N2 or above) 
• Short notice/Immediate available is highly preferred
