Job Duties:

• Prepare delivery note, packing list, commercial invoice and all relevant shipping documents
• Arrange import and export delivery with Air/Sea shipment, international courier, local courier and transportation
• Submit custom declaration by Trade Link
• Collect and inspect incoming goods
• Pick and repack goods for delivery (if required)
• Liaising and communication with clients/vendors and shipping companies

Requirements:

• At least 1 year relevant experience
• Good communication skills and PC skills including Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Independent, efficient, hardworking and initiative
• Immediate available will be an advantage
