Job Description
Our client, a reputable Japanese digital solution company, is seeking for a Trading Officer to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange shipment for customers
- Handle and follow-up customer orders
- Monitor delivery PO
- Follow-up billings
- Prepare different kinds of reports
- Occasional business trip may be required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in trading
- Sound knowledge of international trade / logistics
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin. Business level in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
- Familiar with MS office applications (Excel, Access) and word processing
- Strong sense of logical thinking, good problem solving and communication skills
- Pleasant, co-operative and with a strong sense of responsibility
