Responsibilities:

• Manage daily order fulfillment, engraving process and quality control
• Oversee logistics and shipping functions
• Liaise with shipping and trucking companies for import/export shipment
• Manage stock control and inventory checks.
• Communicate changes in an order process to relevant parties.
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
• Document procedures for third-party monitoring.
• Review workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure staff working on processes operating efficiently.
• Co-ordinate with respective departments & suppliers for orders & delivery
• Co-ordinate with internal parties to ensure services meet with customers' requirement

Requirements:

• At least 7 years solid experience, preferably in delivery service company
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Detail minded, accurate, responsible, efficient & customer oriented
• Immediate available is highly preferred
