TAG Aviation Asia (TAA) is currently recruiting for Warranty and Commercial officer on permanent position based in Hong Kong.

Description/Tasks:

• Liaise and coordinate Warranty labour and material between TAA and various Warranty Program providers e.g.: Bombardier, Falcon Care, JSSI, Corporate Care, etc.
• Track and file internal warranty labour and material
• Monitor claim status and follow up for additional information/documents required
• Liaise between procurement/planning and finance department to gather information for warranty claim
• Liaise directly with customers to gather information for warranty claim
• Provide quotations to customers within reasonable period of time upon received their request
• Support the Head of commercial and warranty with various other tasks as required
• Assist co-workers on different duties as instructed by the Supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

• Good English communication skills in writing and verbally
• Team player with a customer-focused approach and willing to work in a multi-cultural team, within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Business Aviation background is preferred
• Knowledge on Warranty Programs work and cover
• Technical degree (BTS/Associate Degree/ 1-2 years study in a professional/technical area would be an advantage The ideal candidate would be a Hong Kong national or resident but we are also looking forward to receive expatriate candidate applications.
