Our client is an International Electronic Company in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Logistics Specialist. You will be responsible for managing company’s logistics in EMEA, i.e. 3PL warehouses and Freight Forwarder.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Monitor daily operations i.e. warehouse operation, sales operation, finance management etc.
• Work closely with international logistics team to identify operational gaps and plan further solutions
• Conduct research of customs regulations and ruling, determine regulatory or interpretive factors
• Connect with product development, sourcing or other related suppliers to determine marking requirements
• Create invoices with HTS Codes and EU “Dual Use” numbers
• Maintain shipping record-keeping process and update the status
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by managers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree or above in Logistics/Supply Chain or BA related discipline
• 5 years or above experiences in logistics or supply chain industries
• Strong knowledge of or experiences on Online Systems 2000 and Incoterms 2010
• Experienced in negotiating warehouse 3PL agreements
• In-depth knowledge of EMEA Import/Export compliance, with an expertise in customs and import/export compliance
• Preferably having knowledge of French/EU and U.S. Export Compliance; and experienced in working products with encryption, knowledge of ANSSI and SBDU regulatory groups is a plus
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin; Able to speak French will be an advantage
• Knowledge in MS Office; ERP system; ISO processes; and SOX requirements
