Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure freight forwarding, e-commerce operation are following the agreed procedure
- To monitor the operational quality for the Key Accounts across the Asia offices and implement measures, KPI’s and reports for such monitoring
- To prepare and support presentations to Key Accounts and/or agent partners
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder
- 2-3 year working experience in account serving, business development or customer services
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Good computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
