The PMO Planner/Biller reports to the Senior Manager Planning to support the Planning functions and the overall Maintenance Operations.

General Responsibilities and duties:

1. To be Primary point of contact for customers Maintenance projects
2. To perform ‘resource planning’ assessments for the requested work
3. To open and compile maintenance workpacks as per internal procedures
4. To take responsibility and ownership of assigned projects by the Senior Planning Manager, or delegate
5. To obtain formal work order acceptance from Engineering management, and relevant customer approvals such as acceptance forms, and ensure all information is present/correct.
6. To assess maintenance tasks against the following criteria, and highlight for engineering as per internal procedures
7. To handle the billing and warranty duties and processes
8. To coordinate with procurement for the project materials and tools required on a daily basis
9. To Progressively develop workpacks against client requests or aircraft defects
10. To Provide customer updates on a daily basis via the daily status report, or more if required
11. To Coordinate with respective departments on client requests, such as billing/invoicing or others
12. To Perform a review of completed workpacks prior to aircraft release, per internal procedures
13. To Ensure a final acceptance form has been distributed prior to aircraft release
14. To coordinate any AOG event by establishing a recovery plan and duly advise customers on the progress
15. To Updating of the CAFAM system upon completion of maintenance events
16. To highlight any major defects, or interruption to planned operator schedules to engineering management on a timely basis
17. To Progressively update the line maintenance handover board, in the respective area
18. Other duties as directed by the Company

Qualifications/Experience:

1. At least 2 years’ relevant experience in Maintenance / Production Planning, Airport Operations, Technical Services, Technical records section
2. Solid Business Acumen and Project Management Skills
3. Higher diploma / degree holder in Engineering or a related discipline, preferably Aviation
4. Good problem solving and communication skills
5. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential
