Job Summary

• Be responsible for the order fulfilment supporting customers in all regions;
• Be responsible for the inventory management in HK DC;
• Align with global logistics strategy for execution at regional level;

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the 3PL warehouse to perform pick, pack and ship for fulfilling customer and eCommerce orders within the requested date;
• Track performance of the 3PL warehouse and any other major service providers, take necessary action for improvement and prepare KPI report in monthly basis;
• Provide input for annual budget planning;
• Monitor and manage resources to meet warehouse budget;
• Being the power user and the focal contact with IT for process improvement in SAP;
• Lead project locally to implement new processes and system workflows;
• Take on and resolve any ad hoc issues from our internal functions, external suppliers and service providers;
• Manage the compliance of business control, external audits, monthly cycle count and annual physical inventory;
• Manage the team to effectively perform the required job responsibilities;
• Develop talent in the team for organizational effectiveness;
• Take any initiatives for continuous improvement in warehouse operation.

Job Requirements

• University graduate;
• At least 15 years of working experience in logistics and warehouse with exposure of managing large scale operation;
• Knowledge of China logistics;
• With vision for continuous improvement and customer focus;
• Good leadership and presentation skills;
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills;
• Results oriented with proven track record of achievements.
