Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to CFO
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial reporting including preparation and review of financial statements on a timely basis
- Prepare variance analysis and business analysis on the key costs and revenue drivers
- Compile monthly financial reports and commentaries
- Formulate and enhance the financial procedures to cope with the operational needs of the service
- Liaise with various parties to facilitate all kinds of accounting duties
- Compliance with statutory, regulatory and shareholder reporting requirements
- Assist the CFO to handle SCHSA budget and business plan preparation
Requirements:
- CPA and a degree holder in Accounting
- At least 8 years of working experience, preferably in NGOs but not mandatory
- Experience in Business and financial analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Proficient spoken and written Chinese and English

Today it is one of the most established social enterprises in Hong Kong. SCHSA provides Care-on-Call Service, a comprehensive 24/7 support service consisting of emergency aid, integrated care, around-the-clock vigilance service, health management, and day-to-day living assistance. The Association also provides training and workshops to the elderly and their family and caregivers. In addition, SCHSA’s EasyHome Services provide at-home care to elderly consisting of elderly care, medical escort, house cleaning and rehabilitation services.
