Hong Kong Office of a Property Developer HQ in Guangzhou

Responsibilities：

•        Assist in daily accounting/ finance/ bank account operations
•        Fee Approval (Office Expenses & Disbursement)
•        Bill Payments & Prepare Financial Statements
•        Keep Books of Accounts as required
•        Preparing Financial Statements & Tax Return
•        Prepare Accurate Financial Statement s as standards required and submit to HQ for review in time
•        Prepare Tax Return according to HK Tax Regulations and submit to HQ in time
•        Submit approved Tax Return to Inland Revenue & Liaise with Inland Revenue
•        Handle full set of accounts, data input and filing independently
•        Liaise with banker, external auditor & other professional parties
•        Reconciliations and Settlements with HQ
•        Coordination as required by HQ & Department Manager

Requirement:

•        Diploma or University degree holder in accounting or related disciplines, with LCC Higher or    equivalent
•        Good in written and spoken in Mandarin, Cantonese, English and Simplified Chinese  
•        Familiar with Hong Kong Tax Regulations
•        Proficiency in Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
•        Occasional travel to HQ for meeting if necessary
•        Knowledge in Yonyou system is an advantage
•        Minimum 3 years of experience in China enterprise is an advantage
•        Flexibility, Responsible, Stable, Well-Organized, able to meet tight schedule
