Job Description
Responsibility
- Responsible in full set Accounting including management account, bank reconciliations. AP/AR etc
- Assist in preparing regular reports
- Managing monthly payroll & MPF calculations
- Strong sense on Hong Kong Employment Ordinance is required
- Handle daily general accounting duties, data entry and filing
- Ad-hoc support by account manager is necessary
Requirements
- Diploma holder in Finance & Accounting or Human Resources Management or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years relevant working experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Proficiency in Excel(e.g. Pivot & Vlookup), Word, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
- Self-motivated, Independent, excellent presentation skills with ability to work effectively under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good numeric sense and detailed-mind
- Outgoing and willing to work in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule and attentive to details
