Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounts payable and fixed assets management process
• Prepare daily voucher and cost sharing mechanism;
• Handle daily bank payments, cash advance and petty cash claim;
• Perform bank reconciliation and full-set accounts of small and overseas companies within the Group;
• Cost analysis and other ad-hoc assignments

 Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in accountancy with minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in a sizeable company;
• Experience in handling full-set accounting of small and overseas companies will be an advantage;
• Willing to learn, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
• More experience will be considered as Senior Officer
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Previous external audit experience would be an advantage
