5.5 Day Work (alternate Saturday-off)

 Working location: Kwun Tong (near MTR Station)

Job Responsibilities:

• General accounting duties, including financial accounting, management accounting, reporting, forecasting, budgeting and other accounting operations;
• System project management, including feasibility study, user requirement analysis, workflow design, testing, UAT, documentation and providing training and support to users;
• Assist to enhance / setup system as well as accounting & operations workflow to build automation, and to streamline operational effectiveness and efficiency;
• Assist to develop and strengthen internal control procedures and policies, and prepare for ISO audit;
• Liaise with various parties including departments, users and vendors; and
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements 

• Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Information System or related discipline, with professional accounting qualifications;
• Minimum 1-2 years solid experience in HK large or multinational companies, in commercial accounting, system implementation and support of ERP system;
• Good knowledge of HK accounting standards, ERP system and customization;
• Task oriented, energetic, self-motivated, detail minded, able to work and manage projects independently;
• A good team player, strong sense of responsibility to meet deadline and willing to work under pressure;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Immediately available is an advantage
