Responsibilities:

• Perform payment requisition for the Department and business units
• Manage outgoing bills and invoices and incoming payments
• Ensure payments are charged to the right business units / projects and cheques are issued to the right payees
• Prepare cheques and arrange corresponding signatories. 
• Dispatch cheques to the right parties
• Coordinate amongst business units in collecting financial data, scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances
• Assist in bank reconciliations of the Department and business units
• Organize and file paperwork, documents and computer-based information
• Assist in secretarial work, especially in the absence of the secretary, including sorting and distributing post, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, booking rooms and conference facilities, photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• F.5 graduate or DSE graduate 
• 1 - 2 years work experience
• Work experience in private aged homes is preferably
