Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general AP/AR and assist on other general accounting functions
• Prepare financial report, analysis and cash flow management for holding company and subsidiary companies to meet local and PRC compliance
  
• Follow up with in-house staff reimbursement claim
• Assist in all bank related matters 
• Prepare accounting schedules and bank reconciliations
• Co-ordinate with external auditors regarding to audit issue
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to handle regular and ad-hoc assignments, analysis and report as required
• Backup support to routine office administration duties, and other ad hoc tasks as assigned by department head
  

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or above
• 2 - 3 years of working experience; prior working experience in Chinese enterprise would be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge in Kingdee software would be an advantage
• Good communication skills and able to work flexible, detail-minded
  
• Willing to learn and accept different working culture
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
