Responsibilities:

• Participate in the project tasks to gather related requirements and review the business requirement specifications
• Responsible for supporting system testing, coordinating and planning, with involvement in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support the production fix by coordinating with different parties
• Provide application support and training to the users
• Responsible for other ad-hoc assignments

 Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Information Systems and related disciplines preferred
• 2 years or above related working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word; VBA programming is a plus
• Experience in using Flex System is preferred
• Experience of implementing and supporting an accounting system
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
