Job Description
Our client is a sizeable Hong Kong Listed company and a market leader within the industry. They are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. This position will directly report to the Finance Director. This is an opportunity to build your career at a Hong Kong Listed Company with experience in the excitement of their growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Handle group financial reporting duties and compile monthly performance report and consolidation report, interim report and annual report
- Prepare or review management report for business units, and analyze financial performance
- Review and manage the budgeting and forecasting process
- Perform budget control on monthly basis
- Participate in implementation of accounting systems to uplift reporting efficiency
- Review and implement proper internal procedures and controls to ensure that financial transactions, financial accounts and management reports can be developed effectively
- Prepare presentation materials for the meetings of Audit Committee and Board of Directors
- Undertake other ad-hoc assignments when necessary
Requirements:
- Degree holder in finance, accounting and / or professional qualification of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of working experience with at least 2 years financial reporting experience
- Good knowledge in accounting and internal control functions
- Exposure in manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Understanding of Hong Kong and China accounting and taxation principles
- Well-organized, strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
