Job Responsibilities: 

• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations (eg. payment, receivable, reimbursements and other accounting work)
• Facilitate the month end closing process for the respective operating units
• Assist in preparation of forecast and budget analysis report
• Provide clerical support to the team and take initiative to enhance internal control and execution of cost control, credit control and inventory control
• Assist in statutory audit
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• 5 years relevant working experience in Audit / Accounting / Finance field
• Possess or towards Accounting professional qualification (HKICPA / ACCA / CPAA) will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS office application, particularly in Excel 
• Willing to work overtime (weekend/ public holiday overtime work for monthly closing with compensation leave)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Cautious and attentive to details, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player, proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Working Location: Tsuen Wan
• Candidates with more experienced will be considered as "Senior Accounting Officer"
