DNA Recruit Partners is partnering up with a brand name synonymous with world's leading luxury brand, their services are in the high-end luxury retail space extended to more than 100 locations worldwide. Due to the business expansion of their Hong Kong headquarter, a new opportunity has arisen, they are currently looking for a 18 months contract Assistant Accountant to join their dynamic finance & accounting team, with a strong view to permanency. 

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for daily sales reconciliation and follow up to ensure POS data flow
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable reconciliation, settlement and follow up with appropriate parties
• Assist in regional markets' operation flow (Asia and EU markets)
• Assist with month end closing, preparation of monthly closing schedules, balance sheet schedules including bank reconciliations
• Preparation of monthly gross sales statements and assist in Gross Sales Certificate Audit
• Assist in the preparation of Statutory Audit and prepare audit schedules
• Liaise with internal counterparts on billings, claims collections or related issues
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Holder of Accounting, Finance, Business administrative or equivalence 
• Minimum 3 years of solid accountancy experiences in retail, FMCG, fashion related field
• Proficiency of spoken and written English, Chinese
• Detail-minded, well-organized, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills enabling the gathering and summarizing of large amounts of numerical data
• Pro-active, mature, well-organised and an excellent team player
