Job Duties:

• Perform data entry & updates with accuracy included AP, AR, Journal vouchers.
• Ledger accounts reconciliation and Bank reconciliation.
• Verify Sales Invoice against with Sales Data.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or DSE.
• LCCI Intermediate or Higher Certificate or Diploma in accounting.
• At least 3-4 years relevant working experience.
• Familiar with MS Excel, Chinese input and accounting software (Peachtree).
• Hard working, responsible and willing to learn.

Working Hours:

• Five working days.
• Flexible working hour.
• 9am - 1pm or 2pm - 6pm.
