Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Account Receivable and Account Payable
• Prepare cheque, T/T form for payment maintain the petty cash account
• Perform expense claims, payments and bank reconciliations
• Perform sales and cost analysis and inventory reconciliation
• Prepare full set of accounting books and ensure all accounting information in compliance with company policies in a timely manner
• Support the compliance with all statutory regulations and audit requirements
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in accounting or related disciplines, student of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent preferred
• Familiarity with ERP will be a definite advantage
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to handle multi-tasks
• Detail-minded with strong initiative and eagerness to learn
• Mature working attitude
• Willing to work under pressure and overtime
• Good command in both English and Putonghua
