Responsibilities

• Prepare daily accounting transactions including accounts receivables, accounts payables and journal entries;
• Perform expense claims, payments and bank reconciliations;
• Perform sales and cost analysis and inventory reconciliation;
• Prepare full set of accounting books and ensure all accounting information in compliance with company policies in a timely manner;
• Assist to prepare monthly financial statements and management reports, consolidations;
• Prepare ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High Diploma in Accounting or above;
• Minimum 3 years' accounting experience, with solid exposure in sizeable corporation preferred;
• Prior Oracle financial and experience in handling Hong Kong entities for listed company will be a definite advantage;
• Proficient in MS Office Application including MS Word and Excel;
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Putonghua;
• Good communications and interpersonal skills, active, responsible and able to work independently;
• Willing to learn and work under pressure.
