Job Responsibilities

• Supervise a small accounting team in HK
• Supervise/handle daily accounting and certain administrative functions of HK, PRC and Singapore entities
• Supervise/handle full sets of accounts for HK, PRC and Singapore subsidiaries independently
• Supervise the invoicing process to ensure customer orders are properly fulfilled and invoiced with sufficient documentations
• Reconcile current accounts with group companies
• Prepare quarterly management reports, audit schedules and ad hoc financial analysis for management review
• Liaise both internal and external parties e.g. inter-departmental Managers, bankers, auditors
• Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy
• At least 5 years of working experience in multi-national companies preferably with audit firm experience
• Cheerful, energetic, efficient, high sense of responsibility, detail-minded with positive attitude and team-oriented
• Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusion
• Knowledge in accounting systems, experience in ERP will be a definite advantage
• Computer literacy in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
