Our client, a well-established listing investment company to invite high calibre candidates to join their company.

Responsibilities

• Handle group financial reporting duties and consolidation report, interim report and annual report
• Preparation and manage financial budget and cash flow management
• Review financial reports, regulatory returns (FRR returns) for regulated legal entities with License 1,2,4 and 9
• Handling company secretarial matters
• Review operations flow and internal control process of the finance department.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax planning, bankers and regulatory authorities for Hong Kong office.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in finance, accounting or Business Administration or equivalent;
• Qualified CPA or member of HKICPA
• 8 years of relevant experience in Finance industry / Brokerage firm / Investment Bank / Listed Company / big 4 is high preferred;
• Knowledge of SFC regulation & HK listing rules will be advantages;
• Relevant experience in working for Finance industry is preferable
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial and operational performance and new business opportunities
• Excellent communication skills with strong language ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
