Our client is one of the most reputable IT consulting firms in Hong Kong. With rapid expansion, they are currently looking to hire an Assistant Accountant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and month-end closing (including preparation of
• journal entries & month-end schedules) and assistance in audit
• Issue AR invoices, follow up on overdue AR outstanding balance and prepare related reports
• Handle accounts payable, payments and prepare related reports
• Manage cash flow planning and disbursements weekly
• Oversee all accounting activities to ensure financial data accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company’s accounting policy and adherence of internal controls

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of finance or accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• A pro-active attitude, an ability to work well in a team
• Willingness to work hard and take on additional responsibilities
