Job Description

Accounts Clerk / Senior Accounts Clerk / Accounting Officer / Accountant / Senior Accountant (up to 40K)

Job Duties:

  • Handle daily accounting operation, account payable and receivable, voucher preparation, payment records, bank reconciliation, data entry and filing, etc.
  • Prepare month-end closing, monthly schedules and various accounting reports and documents
  • Assist in financial analysis, audit and participate in periodic forecasting process
  • Perform other ad hoc accounting / administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree major in Accounting with related subjects
  • At least 1 year's relevant work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • A well-organized, self-motivated and detailed-minded team player

** Candidates without relevant work experience or recent graduates will also be considered **

 

Audit Trainee / Audit Clerk / Semi-Senior / Senior / Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Manager (up to 55K) 

Job Duties:

  • Perform timely and professional audit and assurance assignments, handle tax related matters, etc.
  • Assist in completing audit reports and financial statements
  • Collaborate with clients and other audit team members for completing various assignments and resolving the issues
  • Take part in planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements
  • Coach and develop junior team members for managerial positions
  • Lead and coordinate a team of audit and accounting members to deliver timely audit and assurance services
  • Involve in audit of internal controls over financial reporting and projects
  • With exposure to due diligence reviews, IPO exercises, and merger and acquisition deals
  • Provide professional advice and technical support to the management and the team-mates
  • Handle other ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance or other related subjects
  • At least 1 year's audit experience in professional practice
  • Proven ability in leading audit team and in-charge of complicated audit assignments
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proactive, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, able to prioritize the tasks and with customer-service mindset

Risk Manager / Assistant Risk Manager / Risk Analyst (up to 40K)

Job Duties:

  • Report and challenge on the risk positions for commodity trading department on a daily basis
  • Responsible for analyzing and assessing potential risk of new deals
  • Monitor and control the risk positions within different divisions in the company
  • Oversee the whole process of trading activities and run financial analysis tasks for month-end closing
  • Develop, implement and maintain risk management policies, systems and processes to ensure the risk policies and practices are in full compliance with the regulatory requirements
  • Identify, evaluate and report risk areas and put forward preventive actions to the management and other stakeholders by coordinating with other business units
  • Gather and compile information on external risk factors and evaluate the potential impact on business
  • Closely monitor various internal and market risk factors

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Risk Management, Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Studies or related subjects; professional qualifications in relevant disciplines are preferred
  • At least 5 years’ risk / commodity experience developed in a commodity or audit environment
  • With legal background and has strong interest in commodity trading industry
  • Solid experience and good technical knowledge in risk management and common practice including market risk, credit risk management and operational risk management
  • Sound knowledge in portfolio and operational risk assessment and related rules and regulations
  • Professional qualification such as CFA, FRM is an advantage
  • A team player with good leadership; diligence, accuracy, detail-oriented with analytical mindset
  • Candidates with less relevant experience are welcome to apply, and will be considered for other positions

 

IT Support Analyst / Analyst Programmer / System Analyst (up to 40K)

Job Duties:

  • Provide IT infrastructure support to both local and overseas users
  • Manage requests for support and assistance in the ticketing system
  • Trouble-shoot and resolve IT related issues for the users in a professional manner
  • Assist in the Implementation of various IT projects and deployment of new equipment
  • Responsible for design, development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of web portal systems
  • Collect and understand user requirements, perform technical analysis, feasibility study and provide appropriate IT solutions
  • Manage system specification, system testing, user acceptance test, implementations and training
  • Plan and deliver IT training and induction as required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above major in IT / Computer Science or related subjects
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support / system programming / web application system design and development
  • Familiar with MS SQL; knowledge of ASP.NET, Query, AngularJS, ReactJS, node.js, SharePoint, K2 is a plus
  • Experience in working with in-person and remote users is an advantage
  • Organized, self-motivated, able to prioritize the tasks and with customer-service mindset
  • Proficient in written and spoken English is preferred
