Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation of annual reports, interim reports, various announcements and circulars of the listed company according to the listing rules;
• Assist CFO to optimize the corporate governance structure of listed company and report to the board of directors, related committees and professional parties
• Oversee the finance, accounting, reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, cash management, and internal control functions
• Assist CFO for the forecast and budget of the company
• Create, evaluate and improve internal controls and policies
• Manage on-time and accurate performance and deliverable of all finance and accounting activities and reporting
• Deal with internal and/or external financial auditors and other professional parties
• Deal with ad hoc tasks to be assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with membership of HKICPA or equivalent with a Bachelor Degree
• HKICS or ICSA qualified company secretary is preferred
• Minimum 8 years of financial management experience. Experience in listed company is preferred
• At least 5 years or more of relevant audit work experience, Big Four experience is preferred
• Familiar with the listing rules of Hong Kong, company secretary experience of Hong Kong listed companies preferred;
• Familiar with HK & PRC accounting, taxation, regulations
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a must
• Hands-on experience in consolidation, profit analysis, inventory, internal control and financial operation management
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively and independently
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available preferred
