Job Description

• Provide leadership in the development of short and long term strategic financial objectives with alignment with the Group’s objectives and directions.

• Responsible for financial reporting, treasury and PRC taxation matter.

• In charge of financial planning, forecast, cost accounting, budgeting, consolidation and reporting of the business units in the PRC.

• Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs and strategies and regulatory action for the business units in the PRC.

• Provide management with advices on tax planning and the financial implications of business activities.

• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.

• Ensure effective internal controls are in place.

• Maintain good relationships with bankers and local government/tax officials.

 Requirement

• Degree holder in Accounting and an associate or fellow member of ACCA/HKICPA or its equivalent.

• Minimum 10 years’solid financial exposure in which at least 6 years’ working experience in the PRC.

• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong and the PRC accounting and tax systems.

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

• High level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, particularly Mandarin.

• Self-motivated and high degree of initiative.

• PRC exposure in Leasing/Agriculture/Property Development is highly preferred.

• Require to station in the PRC including travelling amongst cities.
