- Handle customer invoicing and inventory management
- Responsible for updating AR/AP
- Maintain customers aging and follow up outstanding customer’s payments
- Data input in ERP (Dynamics AX) system
- Payment processing and prepare bank reconciliation
- Handle petty cash & expenses reimbursements
- Support month-end closing and year-end audit
- Provide general administrative and clerical assistance to the Finance team
- Manage reception duty and general administrative function for the office
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks
- Outdoor work when necessary
- Any other ad hoc duties assign by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Diploma graduate in Accounting
- At least 1-year experience in accounting
- Outgoing personality
- Be a fully committed team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Excellent PC skill
- Attentive to details and good follow up skills
- Independent, self-motivated, responsible with positive attitude
- Willing to work over-time
