What do you need to do?

• Report to the Group Chief Finance Officer
• Lead and manage the daily finance and accounting function of the Group via Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Prepare monthly management reports, budgetary control, forecasting, cash flow management and cost accounting, etc.
• Responsible for the preparation of statutory consolidated financial statements, periodic tax and statutory returns with the tax authorities and other regulatory bodies
• Liaise with external auditors, regulatory authorities, tax advisors and bankers
• Assist in formulating and implementation of group accounting policies and procedures
• Advise management on finance and accounting matters and various business processes
• Experience in Fintech and Blockchain Asset is a plus
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

What do you need to have?

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or related disciplines
• HKICPA or ACCA is a plus
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and relevant regulatory requirements
• Proficient in MS Office applications (in particular for Excel) and Accounting Systems
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Well organized and detailed oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Strong IT know-how and interest, especially in the Financial Technology (Fintech) area is preferred.
