Responsibilities:

1.        Report directly to CFO;
2.        Undertake and perform ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the CFO;
3.        Implement and monitor the internal control systems, workflow and procedures;
4.        Supervise and lead fellow team members on financial and management reporting and tax compliance matters of the Company and fellow subsidiaries;
5.        Prepare financial/management reports and perform analysis;
6.        Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties on accounting, audit, banking, legal and company secretarial matters and works;
7.        Supervising subordinates to ensure performance and progress of daily works and ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

•          Professional accounting qualification (qualified and part-qualified) are preferred;
•          Bachelor degree holder (Major in accounting or finance);
•          > 4 years of relevant experience is preferable;
•          Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, and complete tasks independently, timely and accurately;
•          High level of business acumen;
•          Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
•          Proficiency in MS office applications;
•          Immediate or near-immediate availability is highly preferred.
