Job Responsibilities : -

• Handle group financial reporting duties and compile monthly performance report and consolidation report, interim report and annual report
• Prepare or review management report for business units, and analyze financial performance
• Review and manage the budgeting and forecasting process.  Perform budget control on monthly basis
• Participate in implementation of accounting systems to uplift reporting efficiency
• Review and implement proper internal procedures and controls to ensure that financial transactions, financial accounts and management reports can be developed effectively
• Prepare presentation materials for the meetings of Audit Committee and Board of Directors
• Undertake other ad-hoc assignments when necessary 

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in finance, accounting and / or professional qualification of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of working experience with at least 2 years financial reporting experience
• Good knowledge in accounting and internal control functions
• Exposure in manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Understanding of Hong Kong and China accounting and taxation principles
• Well-organized, strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
