Reporting to CFO

Responsibilities:

• Perform month end closing at the corporate level and coordinate consolidation of group reports
• Deliver management reports and commentaries
• Review and analyse business results of group subsidiaries and deliver findings to senior management
• Liaise and coordinate with auditors for statutory audit and tax filing
• Work closely with accounting teams in China to ensure timely submission of financial reports In compliance to company policies
• Ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• 1-4 years of relevant work experience, including Big 4 and/or commercial experience
• Hands-on consolidation experience is a must
• Strong understanding of HK and PRC accounting and tax
• Preferably experience in Big 4/ Hong Kong Listed company and China conglomerate
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
