（一）工作职责

1. 负责制定、修订公司的财务管理制度及相关规定办法，督导下属公司实施；
2. 负责编制公司月度、季度、年度财务分析和专题分析报告,负责财务管理专题研究，定期分析公司财务状况，提出存在问题及解决方案，供决策参考；
3. 负责完善公司的财务模型，定期调整和修订财务滚动规划，督导下属公司完善财务模型。负责公司年度财务预算的编制和上报，监督控制预算执行情况，对预算执行情况进行分析，评价预算执行结果；
4. 负责对接集团KPI指标设定及业绩考核，参与下属公司KPI指标设定及考核；
5. 负责建立完善公司的财务对标体系，收集和整理行业数据，定期优化指标体系和分析方法。对各下属公司进行对标分析；
6. 负责管理下属公司财务工作，督促及考核；
7. 参与公司重大兼并重组项目，提供财务、产权、税务等方面意见建议；
8. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

（二）任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，财经类专业，5年以上财务管理和分析经验；
2. 精通中国及香港会计准则及相关的法规、政策，具有良好的财务管理能力、学习能力和分析研判能力和严密的逻辑思维能力；
3. 具备较强的语言文字表达能力，中、英文流利；
4. 工作踏实认真、责任心强，有良好的沟通协调能力和团队精神；
5. 有CPA、ACCA等相关专业资格证书，大型央企集团、大型会计师事务所等工作经验者优先；
6. 香港居民优先考虑。 

（一）Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the establishment and continuing improvement of accounting policies and procedures，supervise the implementation of subsidiary companies..
• Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial analysis and thematic analysis report, research and document appropriate accounting analysis, provide professional advice.
• Review and prepare group annual financials, forecasts and budget. Monitor and analysis the implementation of the budget.
• Participate in the KPI setting and performance management to the subsidiary companies.
• Establish and improve the financial benchmarking system, perform benchmarking analysis for subsidiaries.
• Enhance and streamline the group financial control, conduct performance management to subsidiary companies.           
• Participate in major mergers & acquisitions projects and provide professional advice in investment, finance and taxation.
• Other duties as assigned.

（二）Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and economics, minimum 5 years of working experience in financial management and analysis gained from large SOE.
• Solid and comprehensive knowledge of PRC & HK GAAP, with well financial management capabilities, learning ability, analytic capabilities and logical thinking ability.
• High competence in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Responsible, hardworking with team spirit and good communication skills.
• Qualified member of ACCA/ CPA or with experience in large SOE /audit firm is highly preferable.
• Hong Kong residents are preferred.
