Responsibilities:

• Cooperate and liaise closely with suppliers and clients;
• Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedule, inventory control and cost management;
• Collect and sort invoices and checks;
• Keep a thorough record of business transactions;
• and enter data from daily work logs into the company’s general ledger system

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Purchasing, Business, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or equivalent disciplines;
• At least 1 year's purchasing experience;
• Fluent in English and Chinese;
• Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word and Chinese word processing;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and proactive personality are preferred;
• Able to work independently with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
