Job Requirements

• University graduate of Accounting or equivalent
• 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in full set of books
• Experience in intercompany settlement and bank reconciliation
• Well-organized, energetic, detail-oriented and good team player
• Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting duties and monthly bank reconciliation
• Handle account payable & receivable and intercompany settlement
• Maintain general ledger and update accurate data in accounting system
• Provide support on closing account and preparing monthly reports
