Job Description

 Accounts and Admin Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts independently: data entry and document filing
  • Provide general reception duties such as answering incoming calls and courier packages
  • Handle office and pantry supplies
  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the office
  • Follow up orders and productions for the HK office
  • Assist in full set of shipping export documents
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • With LCCI Level 2 or above Qualification
  • Basic knowledge of foreign trade and shipping documents
  • At least 1years' relevant working experience is preferable but not necessary
  • Good communication, organization, presentation and interpersonal skills
