A sizable and well-stablished international law firm with stable working environment and outstanding reputation in the market is currently seeking for an experienced and independent Financial Analyst / Officer for their Accounts Receivable work.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Finance Manager who is under the CFO of Greater China with a sizable finance team in the Hong Kong Hub, you will be working independently in the working capital team and the major responsibilities will include but not limited to: -

• Reviewing the billing record and managing the billing admin procedures
• Preparing the related AR reports for global management team
• Setting the billing and collection target for the team and monitoring the WIPs
• Investigating the outstanding invoices and handling the write off matters
• Discussing with Partners and Credit Controllers on the debt collection
• Conducting various financial analysis and making suggestions to Partners
• Answering enquiries from clients / fee-earners about AR issues
• Maintaining the control for working capital in compliance with Group policies
• Preparing the P&L forecasting to assist the revenue control

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

• Degree holder major in Accounting / Finance; and CPA qualified is highly preferred
• Excellent English communication and presentation ability is a MUST
• At least 2 years solid working experience in financial planning and analysis
• Experiences from professional / business consulting firm and commercial field will be good
• Welcome candidates with no law firm background
• Good team player with outstanding analytical and presentation skills
